Terms And Conditions
1- Eligibility Age
The minimum age required to rent a car from Grand Ride is 24 years Completed, with a valid driving license. Note:- Deduction of 1000 Rs. will be applicable if age is less as per Grand Ride policies.
2- To ensure smooth delivery of the vehicle, the user must present original versions of one of the following documents: Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, or Aadhar Card. If the user fails to present any of these documents in their original form at the time of vehicle delivery, Grand Ride reserves the right to refuse the delivery and cancel the booking. In such cases, the user will forfeit the booking amount, subject to a minimum charge equivalent to one day's rental.
3- Who can collect the vehicle?
Only the person under whose name the booking/reservation is made can collect the vehicle after showing the prescribed documents.
4- Rental Period
Rental period will be minimum of 24 Hrs From the user booking time. This 24 Hours shall be calculated from the time the user puts the picking time online.
5- Pickup & Dropoff time
You are informed that the timing of pick up and drop off the vehicle has been fixed which is from 6 AM to 9 PM. If you come late after 9 PM, you will have to extend your booking till 6 AM for which you will be charged will have to be given to.
6- Security deposit
The security amount will be applicable as per the vehicle.
7- Refund policy
The security deposit will be refunded to your bank account after 7 working days from the end of your booking.
8- Vehicle Certificate
RC, Insurance, Pollution will be provide hard or soft copy.
9- Accessories & Tools
Accessories & tools like Jack, Spanner, Mobile charger, Mobile holder, etc
10- Fuel
The vehicle will be provided will a 10% to 100%. In case fuel is not equal at the time of returning of the vehicle the user will be charged for short fuel along with 10% surcharge on fuel price.
11- Fastag, Toll Tax
Fastag is available in all our vehicles, if you want to avail this facility then you will have to pay 25% surcharge.
12- Extra Day
In case the user wants to extend his/her travel, there will be an additional charge of 50% on per day rental over and above the normal rental charges.
13- Grace time period
The user will be allowed a leverage of 35 min for returning the vehicle. After the 1 Hour period has lapsed half day rental shall be forfeited from your security amount and if this period exceeds two hours than full days rental shall be forfeited from your security amount.
14- Returning vehicle late
There will the additional charge of 50% on per day rental.{Depend upon the hours}
15- Vehicle Damage
Repair and damage charges are to be paid by the user. If the damage cost exceeds the security deposit of the particular hired vehicle, an insurance claim can be filed and the repair/depreciation amount (in case of insurance claim) and parts not covered under insurance ( tires, equipment, windshield), accessories stolen/lost, interior damaged, crane charges, etc.) will be fully recovered from the user. The assessment of loss made by the company will be final. An insurance claim is subject to the discretion of the Company. The user will have to pay the rent till the day the repairs are done at the centre. In this the company will provide 50% discount to the consumer.
16- Replacement Vehicle
Replacement vehicle shall be provided within the city limits only (subject to availability of similar segment vehicle in the city) in all such cases where a vehicle develops mechanical error and restrains the user from its use, in a case, where the vehicle develops such errors outside the city limits, replacement vehicle will not be provided an amount equivalent to agreed rental will be refunded. Company decision related to replacement vehicle will be final.
17- Traffic Rule Violation
Cost of any traffic rule violation during the rental tenure will be borne by the user directly. In cases where challans are received by the company via post upon completion of the agreement, the company is allowed to charge to the user online. The user shall follow all the rules and regulations under applicable laws while driving the vehicle and otherwise including applicable speed limits
18- Cancellation policy
Before 48 Hrs: Minimum Rs. 600 or 35% of the booking Amount, whichever is higher.
Before 24 Hrs: Minimum Rs. 1200 or 45% of the booking Amount, whichever is higher.
Within 24 Hrs: One day rental or 55% of the booking Amount, whichever is higher.
Booking cancelled "ON" or "After" the pickup time or coming to claim the vehicle after 2 hrs of the pickup time shall be considered as "No Show" and the entire booking amount shall be forfeited by the company and the vehicle will not be provided and a fresh booking shall be needed to make by the customer.
19- CAR MISUSE CONDITIONS
In the event of misuse, the customer will be fully liable for any damage to the car including any third party losses. Following conditions will be considered as car misuse. Customer may be fined if found involved in any of the following Bellow.
20- CONDITIONS
Over speeding:- As per the Supreme Court ruling for new commercial vehicles customer can drive up to 80 km/hr as these vehicles have speed governors fitted as mandated by the government. For other vehicles, Speed Limit is 105/- k/h
1.1 Expulsion from Grand Ride, if it happens again in next booking.
1.2 Rs. 3000/- will be deducted from the security amount.
1.3 Entire security amount will be forfeited.
1.4 Car spare part changed:- Customer should not change or remove any car spare parts. In case of emergency, the customer should inform the Grand Ride and act as per advice. Customer will be charged a penalty of Rs. 5000 over and above the cost of the spare part.
1.5 Tyre misuse:- In case of any tyre damages resulting from driving in bad terrain and continue driving in case of tyre puncture, Customers will be charged for the cost of
the tyre on actual plus and other service charges, as towing etc.
1.6 Running vehicle in damaged conditions:- Customers are advised not to drive the car if it gets damaged in an accident. Customers are required to inform the company immediately for advice. In the event, the Customer continues to drive the car in a damaged condition, repair for any consequential damages that may result, will be borne by the customer.
21- Unauthorised Activity
1.1 Unauthorised Activity in the vehicle - Customers are not allowed to carry arms, ammunition and banned drugs. In addition use of the car for commercial activity such as product sales and promotions, and carriage of goods is strictly prohibited. Such customers will be charged a penalty of Rs. 5000.
1.2 External branding:- Application of any form of external branding by pasting or paint, apart from what is applied by the company on the car, is prohibited. In such cases, customers will be charged a penalty Rs. 5000.
1.3 Tempering with the device:- If the customer is found tampering with any equipment supplied with the vehicle a penalty of Rs. 5000 will be imposed apart from statutory costs if any.
1.4. Deliberately driving the car in water:- Customers will be charged for the actual cost of repair and spare parts.
22- Tempered documents
1.1 Tempered documents:- If the customer is found using fake or tempered documents a penalty of Rs. 5000 will be imposed apart from statutory costs if any.
1.2 Diversion:- Customers are not allowed to drive the car into unauthorised or government banned areas. Customers are advised to inform the Grand Ride in case they change the course of their trip. All the company cars are geo-fenced and customers have to pay a penalty Rs. 10,000 if the car trespasses into banned areas, Naxal hit areas, an international border of the Republic of India and the extreme end of Ladakh.
1.3 At the end of the journey, customers are expected to return the car only to a company representative or an authorised third party; failing which a fee of Rs. 5000 will be payable apart from recovery costs if any.
1.4 Grand Ride not providing cars for marriage purpose {Doli}. Extra charges of 3000 Rs applicable for the sedan or more & 2000 for other cars.Bottom of Form
These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding
agreement by and between GRANDEAL VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, ( “Website Owner” or
“we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as
applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).

10- You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to
provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific
Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case
you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for
a refund.
11- Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to
perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure
event
12- These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of India.
13- All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, Delhi
